Allow anonymous access?

I've been trying with lots of different settings but to no avail. Can
someone tell me what I need to do to allow everybody access to report
XYZ? Both settings required on IIS and RS.

2. In Reporting Services make "Reports" a Browser user
3. in IIS use Reports as the user for anonymous access to \reports &
\reportserver
